You asked for the following in your last email" We require only the confirmation number for the netfiling" I assume you mean the confirmation number of my own netfile as I have done net files for many of my family members.
Here is the netfile number from my own submission of 2007. the number is 273713.
I sincerely hope that this last piece of information will conclude the process and that Intuit will finally make good on their rebate offer of 2007.

You stated that the offer of 2007 is closed. This is irrelevant to me given the confirmation of my request in March 2007.
I have already sent you the key code/number. I will not provide the up loaded tax file as it contains part of my Social Insurance Number. Suffice it to say that I have already up loaded my 2007 income tax together with re rest of my house hold.
What makes you think I will trust you to provide a future benefit when you have not made good on the 2007 offer.
If you thought to review your own files you will see that I have been a long time loyal purchaser of first Can tax and now Quick tax.
I have had it with you guys.
Id rather start a blog and see who else you have duped out of this offer.

We are no longer accepting rebate submissions and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you successfully submitted your rebate form prior to May 15th, 2008 and received the confirmation email confirming your rebate submission, but did not receive a rebate cheque, we would be happy to investigate your issue further. However, we will need the following information to do so:

Over the past 2 years I have had numerous email conversations with Quick tax people as I have tried in vain to obtain nmy 10.00 coupon associated with my 2007 Quick tax purchase. To date they have delayed and delayed the credit even though I provided them with the coupon code on time in the spring of 2008 when I purchased the 2007 tax year software. I have been a long time user of first Can Tax and now Quick Tax. We were burned by a Norton Software mail in rebate in 2006 and now have been far too long in getting the 10.00 discount for the software offer. It am amased at how poor thier customer service is and how absolutely absured it is tthat a 10.00 coupon can be applied against softerware purchased in 2009 (the tax year 2008) after it has been purchased. Here I am in January 2010 ready to purchase my 2009 tax year software but have no 10.00 coupon that was promised in 2007. I hope that anyone reading this note will think more than tiwiec before purchasing Quick tax
